Our beautiful 4 bedroom villa is situated on the prestigious Eagle Ridge development. The villa is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 adults. It has its own private screened pool which backs on to a beautiful lake and conservation area and is not overlooked either side. Walt Disney World is within 13 minutes drive with a whole host of shops, restaurants, golf courses, and other attractions within 5 minutes drive, making this the perfect base for your dream vacation. A Wal-Mart hypermarket and Winn Dixie supermarket are just 2 miles from your doorstep with Publix also close by.
Our luxury villa comes complete with amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, hi speed internet access, cable television, VCR, DVD and a screened pool which can be fully heated (charges apply). Our villa is 2 minutes walk from the amenities at Eagle Ridge which include a full size communal pool, tennis courts and children's play area.
Eagle Ridge is one of the most friendly, peaceful and secluded developments in the Orlando region being eagerly sought by residents, with houses only rarely coming onto the market. This is where our villa is situated and will be your home from home. Eagle Ridge offers desirable community living close to Disney, championship golf courses and shopping malls and is set amongst a backdrop of natural lakes and woodland. It is a small peaceful development yet within 3 miles of the 192 with all the bustle of numerous restaurants, shops and malls.
Eagle Ridge is in Lake County which, as its name suggests, is an area full of waterways, valleys and hills. Whether you like boating, water skiing or fishing this area is for you. Picturesque Lake Louisa is just a 5 minute drive away, the perfect place for picnics. The 1700 acre Lake Conway offers boating, water skiing, diving, wind surfing and parasailing and is only 30 miles door to door. For the golfers among you, Champions Gate with two 18 hole championship courses designed by Greg Norman, is only 10 minutes drive away and Legends is 5 minutes drive away.
Closer to home the countryside around Eagle Ridge offers a host of interesting alternatives to the them parks such as a visit to the Lakeridge winery and vineyards (US27) where you can spend a day wine tasting. Or why not visit Citrus Tower, a landmark built some 50 years ago.
