Villa was fantastic, everything that we required and more. Directions were spot on, we were sitting by the pool by 4 o'clock on Thursday afternoon. The location was superb, close enough for all the attractions, but peaceful enough to escape the noise and the crowds. We thought that the villa looked impressive on the website, however when we got there we were blown away A very enjoyable holiday, and a excellent villa that I will definately be recommending to friends and will be looking to use again in future years. Thank you for allowing us to share your fantastic villa.

As regards the villa and although it was my first time in Florida, it seems to be in a very good location and the pool with the lake behind is very relaxing, (even with 2 daughters in the pool!), you seem to have thought of everything, from the table football and pool table to the fact that there lots of towels! I would love to go back (if that's ok with you) and would recommend the villa to anyone, Thanks once again.

Back this morning from a very sunny Florida! Your house well exceeded our expectations - absolutely perfect in every way. We really liked the location and Lake outlook, and visited both the theme parks and the State National Parks (a great one was Lake Louisa just up the 27 where we went swimming and fishing and enjoyed a BBQ far from the madding crowds!). We visited East and West coasts, did some shopping and ate really well We loved the local wildlife and saw Gators, turtles, tortoises, birds The pool was simply heaven and we loved the outlook. We played Tennis on the courts and relly liked Eagle Ridge.

Your home is Florida is just beautiful. Everything in and around it was just perfect. Our vacation could not have been any better. 15 minute drive over to the Parks and back was a snap. So, Tammy and I would like to thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for the opportunity to haved stayed at such a lovely home. The neighborhood was so quiet that when we came home everybody seemed to be in bed. The directions were so easy and I had them in my head that we were going past Wal-Mart before Tammy even looked at the map to start helping me find the complex. Again it was just great. This was a 100 times better than staying in a small motel room. We will most defintely reccomend this to our family and friends who are planning a trip to Disney (or just Florida) in the future.

I visited the villa in Feb for one week with 7 friends to play golf and sightsee. We had a great time and were very impressed with the villa. We had more than enough room and the accommodations were very satisfying. We ate all are meals in and the kitchen had all we needed. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature and we used it quite a bit. It is a quiet neighborhood and you hardly noticed there were neighbors. I would highly recommend it to anyone especially if you want to visit the major attractions as they are all very nearby. This would work nicely for 2 families.

Great place to feel rejuvenated
You have an amazing house and the weather was great! Considering we are from Canada and it is usually cold tghere. This house is ballin and we had a great time. House was mackin' Fo'shizzle!!! Perfect location and perfect weather.
